What a great book! Only about 120 pages but, wow, what they’ve packed into it. There is no need to be steeped in sociological or criminological theory to understand what’s being said, yet all the major theoretical points are addressed. This is a very well written book and I recommend it to anyone who has an interest in the social sciences.
